Vitamins that Helped My Kids
When I started my first daughter on vitamins, I had to literally give her an immune system. I started with Acidophulus. The gave her an immune system and helped her fight illness without antibiotics. She also needed B6 and B12 to help her handle certain foods. They helped her body break down certain foods that can increase ear infections, etc. She also went on garlic, vitamin C and Zinc. To this day she takes those vitamins and the turn around is phenominal!
